Ph.D., Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics, 1986. Economics, Planning and Organization of the Management of Scientific and technological Progress. Wrote and defended a thesis on the, €œRole of Scientific Progress (Science and Technology) in Industrializing the Developing Nations.
